Each vehicle is subject to a GardX KleenAir anti-bacterial deep clean

GardX KleenAir is an anti-bacterial air conditioning deep cleaning process, which effectively kills germs and bacteria in your vehicle. The KleenAir formula is a superfine decontamination mist that safely disperses a fine anti-bacterial spray inside your vehicle. 

This deeply penetrates into all interior areas of the car, including the ventilation system, carpets, seats, and headlining, killing any germs and bacteria hiding there. The GardX KleenAir formula is proven to be 99.99% effective against Coronavirus. 

We’re adhering to social distancing rules

As stated in government guidelines, Carzam staff - including drivers - will remain at a two-metre distance from you at all times. When delivering your vehicle, our drivers will wear the necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) such as face masks, and will be regularly sanitising their hands. 

Enjoy our contact-free handover

Our digital signing system means that you’ll sign for your new car via your own smartphone, so there’s nothing to touch other than your fully sanitised new car. Our video handover team will then contact you to talk you through your new car and answer any questions you may have. This is all done remotely so there’s no worry and no stress.

  • Will my delivery or collection be covid safe?

    We are working hard to ensure we follow the latest government advice to keep you and our team safe during any handover appointment, including document transfer and vehicle sanitisation.  

    We will discuss any concerns or special requirements you may have during your pre-appointment call.

  • What happens during delivery or collection?

    Before your appointment, we will call you to confirm all the details and how to tax the new car ready for handover.  

    We will also send you a video of the car demonstrating its controls prior to your appointment.  

    If your car is being delivered we will notify you when the delivery driver is on their way.  

    During the appointment, we'll complete an identity check with you, we'll confirm the condition of your part exchange is as expected and then give you all the documents for your new car.  

    We'll make sure the car is sanitised ready for you to look around and allow us to answer any questions. 

  • Can I choose to click and collect rather than have a delivery?

    If you prefer to come to us and use a click and collect service that’s no problem.  Our collection point is manned by our dedicated handover agents who will accept your part exchange and hand over your new car in exactly the same way as if we deliver to your door.

  • Can I view or test drive the car before I place my order?

    On our website we've invested in state of the art photography to ensure you can get a real feel for every aspect of the vehicle in the comfort of your home.  Unfortunately we don’t offer viewing appointments or test drives prior to purchase but with 14 days to change your mind after you receive the car, you'll have lots of time to ensure the car is right for you.  And if you decide you don't like the car you can return it free of charge for a refund within 14 days*.
