Every car sold has a free 100 day warranty which includes breakdown assistance. You will need to download the Carzam protect app from the Apple App store or Google Play store when you purchase your car to activate your warranty. Details on how to do this will be sent to you in an email on confirmation of your purchase.
- Can I extend the 100 day warranty?
Yes you can extend the warranty from 100 days to 12 months, 24 months or 36 months for added peace of mind and an additional charge. Details of this will be presented to you during your purchase on our website.
- How do I contact the warranty team to make a claim?
You can contact the warranty team 24/7 using the Carzam Protect app. You will need to download the Carzam protect app from the Apple App store or Google Play store when you purchase your car to activate your warranty. Details on how to do this will be sent to you in an email on confirmation of your purchase.
- Will my car have a balance of manufacturer warranty?
Some cars we sell may still be young enough to qualify for a balance of manufacturer warranty. Manufacturers offer different levels of cover for different elements of the vehicle and for different timeframes. For details please check with the manufacturer. However, we cannot guarantee that a manufacturer warranty is still valid on a vehicle sold outside the dealer network and so we provide you with a free 100 day warranty (including breakdown assistance) on every car purchased and give you the option, during your purchase, to extend this to 12, 24 or 36 months for an additional charge.
- How do I claim using the manufacturer warranty?
Please contact a main dealer for that manufacturer in your local area. They will be able to assist with a possible claim on your manufacturer warranty.
